Biography
Coach Eric Wood-Salomon founded CrossFit Rebuild in 2012. Eric’s ability to combine a passion for exercise with his professional training as a physiotherapist creates a dynamic, exciting, and supportive environment for his athletes and patients. Eric is an encouragement to everyone he meets, causing even those with chronic health conditions to re-examine their perceived physical capacity, and motivating newcomers to strive to reach their full potential.

Rhonda Chamberlain

Biography
Rhonda discovered CrossFit in March 2012, and was hooked from her first workout.  Rhonda considers CrossFit a true passion, and she loves sharing this passion as a CrossFit coach. Rhonda is also an in-house physiotherapist with PhysioFitness Cambridge. She utilizes many CrossFit-inspired skills and concepts in the development of treatment programs for her patients. Rhonda’s positive and ever-encouraging attitude helps to inspire confidence in her athletes and patients, helping them to not only reach but surpass their goals.

Emilee Gagnier

Physiotherapist/ Coach

Biography
Coach Emilee Gagnier has a driving passion for two things: CrossFit and Physiotherapy. Coming from an athletic background with extensive experience working with athletes at the competitive level (university level and national level athletes). Emilee strives to push her athletes and clients to do their best and be the best, never settling for less than they are truly capable of. It is her goal to be an active member in promoting fitness and wellness in all aspects of her athletes’ lives. As a physiotherapist, Emilee uses CrossFit methodology and is confident in coaching in a safe, efficient, and therapeutic fashion. With a paediatric background as well, Emilee also treats pediatric conditions from birth to 18 years of age focusing on gross motor milestone development and conditions such as torticollis, preferential head turning, toe-walking, and neurological dysfunctions. She is also a certified Yoga Tune Up Teacher and Roll Model Method Practitioner, using therapy balls to allow patients the freedom to use the techniques for self-care at home. Lastly, she has recently found a passion in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, taking advanced courses through Pelvic Health Solutions, to treat both male and female pelvic floor dysfunction internally and externally.

Drew Reinhardt

Drew graduated SUMA CUM LAUDE from the University of Ottawa’s bachelor of science in human kinetics program in 2017. He was selected to participate in the Ottawa Senators kinesiology internship program - giving him experience with NHL players and their rehabilitation. He completed his Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario 2019. Drew loves hockey and still plays competitively for the WOAA Clinton Radars senior AA team.

Drew is currently accepting new patients.

Coach Jessica has a unique ability to bring an incredible amount of energy to everything that she does – even at her 6am CrossFit classes! Jessica is passionate about helping people be more awesome by becoming strong and fit through CrossFit and Nutrition. Jessica is also our in house Registered Holistic Nutritionist.  Jessica’s passion for both CrossFit and food go hand in hand to helping athletes reach their goals both inside and outside the gym.

Daniel began training at CrossFit Rebuild in the spring of 2014. Having a passion for sports, CrossFit was the type of training he was looking for.Daniel loves being part of someone's fitness journey and seeing them grow and accomplish their own goals. As a Personal Trainer and CrossFit coach Daniel believes that CrossFit is the best way to help clients not only reach, but surpass their goals.

Biography

Tim was peer pressured into trying Crossfit in 2012 and has never looked back.  Through CrossFit, Tim was able to take control of his health and completed his L1 with the goal of sharing the CrossFit love.  With a love for beards, coffee, and gourmet donuts, Tim brings a passion to the gym at CrossFit Rebuild.  As a CrossFit coach, Tim is keen to help others reach the next level in their fitness journey and find their greatness.

Nancy Brent

Massage Therapist

Biography
Nancy has been a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since graduating from the highly regarded Sutherland Chan School in Toronto in 1990. She is a life member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association (RMTAO).  Nancy has been certified since 2010 in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD & CDT), and is a member of the Lymphedema Association of Ontario (LAO).
Nancy has remained keenly interested in her field, and has taken numerous courses, such as Strain/Counterstrain, Positional Release Technique, Therapeutic Kinesiology Taping, Craniosacral Therapy, and Hot Stone Massage to name a few.  Also many specialized courses for MLD including Advanced Bandaging Techniques, Garment Fitting from Solaris, and Wound Management for Health Professionals from the University of Victoria.
