Team Training

CrossFit Rebuild Team Training is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed for athletes looking to develop speed, strength and athletic capacity.

Hour long sessions are comprised of:
1) Dynamic warm up
2) Strength
3) Metabolic conditioning
4) Core strengthening
5) Mobility

Exercise testing is provided at the beginning of training sessions and re-tested at completion to provide training data/progress to coaches and parents.

Learn to Train - Ages 9-13
2 times a week 30 min sessions - $175 per month
3 times a week 30 min session - $225 per month
with a 3 month commitment

High School/College Prep - Ages 14-18
2 times a week 60 min sessions - $280 per month
3 times a week 60 min session - $360 per month
with a 3 month commitment
